Chief Snack Operator (winter)
A cute snack shack is new to our operation, located at the trailhead near the tubing hills. This part-time position involves working on weekends and holidays, serving hot dogs, snacks, and other miscellaneous goodies to families and guests. A friendly and fun disposition is required, and training is provided.
Nordic Ski Instructor (winter)
Are you a fun and adventurous individual who would be excited to teach cross-country skiing? Ski instructors share the thrills of Nordic skiing and help guests improve their skills on the snow. Ski instructors assist Trailhead Ambassadors in greeting guests, handing out rental skis, and getting folks moving in the right direction. Professional training and equipment are provided as needed. While this position is part-time, additional work can be obtained by assisting other departments.
A Little BVAC History:
BVAC was purchased by the Bear Valley Mountain Cooperative (BVMC) in December 2018. BVMC is a non-profit group of 450+ individuals motivated to improve Bear Valley. BVAC is at the forefront of this investment and intends to reinvest in the company to maintain and improve BVAC offerings and services. BVAC strives to be the best employer in town.
