We collect information from you when you subscribe to our newsletter, purchase a season ski pass, register on our site, from forms you submit to us, personal correspondence (such as emails or letters) that you send to us and or your interaction with us at our resort. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, address, phone number and e-mail address. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

Photographs

Photographs may be taken by Bear Valley Cross Country, Inc. (dba Bear Valley Cross Country & Adventure Company) staff and customers at various events and throughout the season and some photographs may be posted on our website, newsletters, email blasts or brochures.  Please let Bear Valley Cross Country & Adventure Company know during an event, or at any time, if you do not wish to have your picture made public.

Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.
