Ever wonder what the cross country and snowshoe trails look like before the snow arrives? Join fellow Bear Valley Adventure Company enthusiasts to trim back branches, clear obstacles and help get the trails ready before winter. Afterward, a complimentary outdoor lunch will be served for participants while swapping tales and making predictions about the winter.
Saturday Sept. 9th: We are aiming for Walden Meadow nestled between the Aspen Forest and Headwaters trails. This area is a favorite for many Bear Valley skiers and snowshoers and requires a lot of TLC for snowcats to groom. The focus will be on clearing tree saplings and brush. This will be a moderately strenuous outing and appropriate for an adventurous family.
