Check out our inaugural Labor Day Bike Swap on Monday, September 2, 2024 (Labor Day). The day will feature great deals on used bikes from motivated sellers. Important seller information is below.
IMPORTANT SELLER INFORMATION:
Bikes must be in good working order.
Bikes can be dropped off free of charge on Saturday and Sunday (August 31 and September 1) between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Bikes will be registered and priced, and seller information will be collected.
Bikes can be dropped off the day of the event between 9-10am but require a $25 registration fee.
BVAC staff will help sell registered bikes. Sellers are welcome to be present, but it is not required. Sellers not present will be emailed the status of their bike after the event.
BVAC retains a 20% commission. These proceeds will support Trailblazers, our youth cross-country ski team. Within one week, checks will be sent for all sold bikes.
All unsold bikes must be retrieved within one week after the event (September 10, 2024), or a $100 handling fee will be charged.
