IMPORTANT SELLER INFORMATION:
Bikes must be in good working order, and all types of bikes are welcome.
Bikes can be dropped off between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m free of charge before September 6th. Bikes will be registered, priced, and seller information will be collected, including a credit card for a security deposit.
Bikes can be dropped off the day of the event between 9-9:30am but require a $25 registration fee.
BVAC staff will help sell registered bikes. Sellers are welcome to be present, but not required. Sellers not present will be emailed the status of their bike after the event.
BVAC retains a 20% commission.
All unsold bikes must be retrieved within two weeks after the event (September 21, 2026), or a $100 handling fee will be charged.
