Saturday, July 19th, is the Lake Alpine Kid's Fishing Day! This free event begins around 11am with a fish planting. Kids should bring their own fishing gear, but free bait will be provided—and a hot dog lunch is included. The fun wraps up around 3pm with prizes for the biggest catch, most fish, and more. Sponsorship and donations by Alpine County Fish & Game, Ebbetts Pass Sporting Goods, Bear Valley Business Association, and the Lake Alpine Lodge.
