BVAC Trail Closure

In anticipation of a significant winter storm this weekend, the Bear Valley Adventure Company (BVAC) has decided to close its groomed trails on the south side of Highway 4 for the weekend. As a result, Reba's Toll House Cafe will also be closed. However, cross country skis and snowshoe rentals will be available for snowy adventures on the groomed roads in the Bear Valley subdivision. No trail passes are required.
Friday, December 9, 2022:
17 trails open with 21 km groomed
Meadow Café closed
Saturday-Sunday, December 10-11, 2022:
Groomed trails, sledding, tubing, and café closed.
Store open with regular hours: 9am-5pm
Cross country ski and snowshoe rentals are available at BVAC, with recommended snowy adventures on the groomed roads in the Bear Valley subdivision.
Other:
The store is stocked with new skis, boots, poles, snowshoes, and winter clothing.
If the storm fizzles out, we will reopen and make announcements.
We aim to reopen on Monday, December 12, 2022, weather and snow depending.
