Take your cross country skiing to the next level with progressive clinics for both striding and skate skiing techniques. Open to all abilities that have previous striding or skating experience.

This clinic is part of our XC Masters Ski Clinics with Judy Bettencourt.

Classic Striding Clinics:
Jan. 9 - Body position for maximum glide
Jan. 16 - Uphill techniques
Jan. 23 - Downhill techniques
Jan. 30 - Put it all together with a smile :-)

Skating Clinics:
Feb. 13 - Body position for maximum glide
Feb. 20 - Gears (V1, V2, V2 alternate)
Feb. 27 - Gliding without poles
Mar. 5 - Put it all together with a grin ;-)

When: Thursdays, 11am - 12pm
Costs:

• $25/clinic, drop-ins welcome

• $75 for blocks of 4 clinics (stride or skate)

• $150 all clinics (stride & skate)
