Due to an incoming strong winter storm, we are going to cancel and reschedule the upcoming Thursday Masters Clinic on Jan. 16. We will resume next Thursday, Jan. 23. The schedule and topics will now look like this:

Stride Clinics:
Jan. 23 - Striding Uphill Techniques
Jan. 30 - Striding Downhill Techniques
Feb. 6 - Striding Put it All Together :-)

Skate Clinics:
Feb. 13 - Body position for maximum glide
Feb. 20 - Gears (V1, V2, V2 alternate)
Feb. 27 - Gliding without poles
Mar. 5 - Put it all together with a grin ;-)

When: Thursdays, 11am - 12pm
Costs:

• $25/clinic, drop-ins welcome

• $75 for blocks of 4 clinics (stride or skate)

• $150 all clinics (stride & skate)
